The Rugged Ridge is a nice unit that goes for around $500 or less and it's not too obtrusive when running with just the low mount. The RR snorkel has some benefits even when not used for snorkeling like pre-filtering and a true CAI benefits. The only con I can think of is the work to get it installed....probably a half day-plus+ for opening up the cowl/fender etc assuming you don't break anything extra.

Primary benefit is getting clean dust free air in to the engine.
