Stalling Issues

    99 Grand Cherokee Ltd.

    Hey everyone: Thanks for having me.

    I have a 99 Grand Cherokee Ltd. It has the 4.7L V8.
    It's having a stall problem but throws NO CODE. Once it comes up to operating temp. it dies. When that happens, the engine will turn over but all gauges on instrument panel also don't work. Once it cools down, it'll start right back up until it comes back up to temp.
    Any ideas?
