Steering Column Stocks Stopped Working

I hopped in the Jeep last night (2011 Wrangler Unlimited), started it up and the windshield wipers immediately turned on. As did my headlights. Nothing was turned on from the stocks perspective.

Taillights on as well. It made no difference if I "turned them on and off"...they all stayed on (wipers going the whole time). I could not turn on the brights, I could not spray windshield washer fluid. Neither the left nor the right stock had any control...also means no blinkers. The Horn works.

To my surprise, I've had a challenging time finding a cause for this as I research online.

Last time i saw a Jeep become possessed like that. It turned out to be the TIPM.
