Does anyone know if I can swap out the tie rods, track bar and sway bar out of a 2000 Grand Cherokee and install them in a 94 Grand Cherokee?

Given the age of both vehicles the parts could be somewhat worn out or damaged upon removal. Each part should have part #s that could be matched up online or by the FCA parts guy before taking apart anything.
