I have a 2017 Cherokee and when i enter or leave the garage i get way to many warnings that i may hit something. I like this everywhere else but in a garage not helpful. Any ideas on limiting these alerts?

Welcome! Not sure I can offer any help, but do you have a setting in the menu that can adjust the sensitivity?

Sorry for what might seem a silly question but is it a "Cherokee" or a "Grand Cherokee"?

It kind of depends upon which system is lighting up your instrument panel. If it the (FCW) Forward Collision Warning system then you should have a button on the switch panel below the uConnect display. (Right side--his little pic of two cards colliding.) Does that help?? -- see attached owners manual.
