Charouleau Gap, Tucson AZ- Have ran this trail numerous times. Mostly successful runs. Exploded a rear driveshaft yoke on one run, broke transmission mount on another run, and on a third occasion, sheared the passenger-side engine mount bracket off the block which cause the engine to literally fall out of the Jeep.

Chiva Falls, Tucson AZ- Another one I've ran numerous times. Put a hole through the radiator on my Cherokee with the fan when the shroud decide to self-destruct during a run.

Rice Peak, Tucson AZ- Had to tow a Tacoma up through a nasty staircase section, exploded a transmission mount in the process and had to ratchet strap the transmission to the frame for the drive back to camp.

Rug Road, Mammoth AZ- Absolutely badass trail, by far my favorite. 23 miles of loose shelf road, heart-stopping steep descents, boulders and obstacles. Breakages include transmission mount, engine mounts, transfer case and front axleshaft U-joint.

Golden Spike, Moab Utah- While climbing a step I managed to do a wheelie, panicked and hit the skinny pedal. Front tires came down spinning fast, which exploded an axleshaft yoke on the Dana 30. Also punctured a tire sidewall.

Rug Road is a great one, we usually make it a two day trip and camp at the east end of the trail.

I haven't ran Crown King yet, that's one on my trails-to-do list.

Its a fun trail. Best to go after it rains, and is a little cooler. The last few years, Ive been up in the mazatzal mountain area, and up on the rim. No "trails" as they weren't marked. Also been on a mission to find some illusive waterfall east of Globe that Julie says is out there.

There's a lot of running around I'd like to do in the Bradshaws. One of these days I'll have to make it up that way!

Golden Spike is a good one, ran it during Rock Therapy 2013. Exploded a front axle shaft on that trail.

I have pics from those trails, I'll have to upload them.

I just found this thread. I know its old. But I have to say. You guys are my new heros. Couldn't imagine running trails you guys run. Sweet. Unfortunately, nothing like that out here in the NE. But then again.....could be a good thing. Can't afford to replace parts everytime I 4 wheel. Lol.
