    can I put 15" rims on my 2014 wrangler or is the smallest I can go is 17s

    16s are the smallest you can go without mods. It's not the rotors that are too big. It is the calipers that rub. I have seen some guys take their calipers and have the outer edge machined down to fit 15s.
