Wheel adapter for bigger rim

    I have a 2003 wrangler I just purchased trail master rims that are 17x9 with 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern the rims I have currently that are stock and 5 on 4.5 my hub is smaller is there any type of wheel adapter that will make these rims work?
